Pick up from your Nairobi hotel early at 7:00am. Drive to Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch and check in at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Afternoon game drive around the Lake often referred so due to it’s great mass of flamingos not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge, Flamingo Hill tented Camp or sarova lion hill on full board accommodation.


DAY 1: Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel early at 7:00am. Drive to Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch and check in at the Lodge. Afternoon game drive around the Lake famous for it’s great mass of flamingos not forgetting the Rothschild giraffe, white and black rhino found in this park. Dinner and overnight on full board accommodation.

Lake Nakuru is Kenya’s first rhino sanctuary and houses one of the largest concentrations of black and white rhinoceros in the world. The park features the picturesque Makalia Waterfalls. Also of interest is an area of 188 km around the lake fenced off as a sanctuary to protect Rothschild giraffes. Among predators are lion, leopard and large pythons hiding in the dense woodlands which may occasionally be seen crossing roads or dangling from trees. Other game include Thomson’s and Grant gazelle, the long- eared leaf-nosed bat, colobus monkey, rock hyrax, hippo, and waterbuck, Impala, striped hyena, bat-eared fox, wildcat, reedbuck and golden cat.

DAY 2: Lake Nakuru National Reserve - Maasai Mara National Reserve

Early morning breakfast then depart Lake Nakuru for Maasai Mara arriving in time for lunch. Check in and have lunch. Afternoon game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo. Dinner and overnight.

The Mara, home to Kenya’s richest concentration of wildlife, and regarded by many travelers as an essential stop on any tour of Africa. When westerners think of Africa and safari, this is the place they imagine – golden grassland plains pocked with acacia, wildebeests, zebras, lions, and jackals bound by together by the cycle of life and death. Three days here will only scratch the surface of one of the wonders of the world.

DAY 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve

Morning and afternoon game drives will lead you to some of Africa’s largest lion prides, herds of zebra, antelopes, buffaloes, wildebeest, giraffes, cheetahs, and hyenas. Accommodations include some with en suite restroom facilities and secluded verandahs. In between game drives, lounge at the pool or bar, or enjoy a mid-day nap. Full board accommodation at the camp or lodge.

DAY 4: Maasai Mara - Nairobi

Early Morning breakfast, check out of the lodge and park then drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant afterwards drop off at your Nairobi hotel or airport for your flight Back Home.

On booking and confirmation the following will apply for the itinerary.

Itinerary is based on and includes the following:
• Price calculation is subject to the availability of space in the accommodations listed or their equivalent.
• Price is per person sharing double, twin/triple room/tent.
• Single- Supplement per person shall apply where necessary.
• Child price 3 – 17 years is 50%.
• Mode of transport; Safari van. Safari jeep available on request.
• Price is for the number of days in itinerary only.
• Meal Plan as per above package itinerary.
• Park Entrance Fees, Accommodation as per itinerary, transport and game drives.
• All Government taxes and levies.
• Drive in a Safari van with English/French speaking Tour driver/guide.
Itinerary Excludes:
International air transport.
Visa fees (currently US$50 per passport holder for Kenya. Tanzania visa fee ranges from US$50 to US$200 depending on the nationality).
International departure tax of US$40 per person in Kenya and US$30 in Tanzania unless included in international air ticket.
Travel insurance.
Tips to hotel/lodge staff (budget approximately US$2 – US$4 per person per day),
Gratuity to tour driver/guide (Guideline US$5 upwards to 10$ per person per day.
All items of a personal nature such as laundry and drinks.
Extras such as Maasai village fees, Boat ride, Nature walk, tips etc.
